Whiskey Smash
3 lemon wedges, 2/3 mint leaves, 3/4 oz simple syrup (1 oz for the pussies) muddle in shaker. Fill shaker with ice and add 2-2.5 oz of whisky. Shake. Pour through strainer into glass over ice and garnish with mint leaves.
The Real Red: The Jasmine
In a glass muddle 3 whole cherries, 1/2 oz simple syrup, and 3 shakes angostura bitter. Fill glass with crushed ice and add 2.2 oz of whisky. Fill remainder of glass with crushed ice.
Olde Smash (3 mint leaves for added flavor)
3 orange wedges, 1 oz simple syrup, 4-5 splashes of angostura bitters. Put all ingredients in shaker and muddle. Add 2 oz of whisky/ bourbon. Add ice to mixture and shake. Pour over strainer into glass of ice and serve.
Whiskey Peach
3 mint leaves, 2 peach wedges, 1 oz simple syrup. Muddle in shaker and then add ice 2 oz whisky (try with vodka) and shake. Pour through strainer over ice.
Whisky smash with a twist of peach
2 mint leaves, 3 small sections of lemon wedge, 1 oz simple syrup, 1 wedge of a peach (squeeze peach into shaker then add it.) Muddle. Add 2 oz of whiskey and ice. Shake. Pour through strainer over ice.
